NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of South Barrington, Cook County, Illinois, will conduct a public hearing on  April 11, 2012, at the South Barrington Village Hall, 30 South Barrington Road, South Barrington, Illinois 60010 commencing at 7:30 p.m. to consider certain an amendment to the Final Planned Unit Development Plan in Area E at 8 Bridges Drive in the Village of South Barrington, Illinois, as approved by Village of South Barrington Ordinance No. 2009-886 dated August 19, 2009, to permit six (6) foot tall chain link fences around the current baseball fields.   The property which is the subject of said Final Planned Unit Development Plan is commonly described as the Woods of South Barrington and legally described as:

 The applicant for the proposed amendment is the South Barrington Park District, Three Tennis Club Lane, South Barrington, Illinois, 60010.  A copy of the application for the amendment is on file with the office of the South Barrington Village Clerk and available for inspection during regular business hours.

 All persons present at the public hearing will be afforded an opportunity to be heard.  Written comments may be submitted to the attention of the Village Clerk, c/o South Barrington Village Hall at the address aforesaid and will be considered if received at least five (5) days prior to the public hearing.  The Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village reserves the right to continue the public hearing from time to time in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
