The Village's Municipal Code is compiled of the ordinances that govern the Village. These ordinances are approved by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
The website for accessing the Village Code is current to the date referenced on the first page. Ordinances that have not yet been codified, are posted at the site, but if you have questions about a specific area, you should contact the Village Hall.

HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS
There are 35 subdivisions, most of which have homeowners associations with Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions that govern each subdivision in addition to the Village ordinances. The CC&R's are maintained by each subdivision's Homeowner Association. You may contact the Village Hall for your Homeowner’s Association contact information.
